Kirill Chelushkin lives and works in Moscow, the place of his birth. He was trained at the Moscow Institute of Architecture, and has since received much acclaim in Russia, Europe, North America, and Asia for his illlustrations. Chelushkin has hosted and participated in countless major exhibits in cities including: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Paris, Frankfurt, Cologne, Brussels, Venice, Bologna, Madrid, Bratislava, San Francisco, Miami, Chicago, and New York.
